As part of the digital transformation we experienced a wonderful face-to-face event in Sao Paulo at Itam Bibi’s Grand Mercure Hotel. 

In this Business Workshop we talked about the Future of conversational commerce and the importance of its RoadMap at OneMarketer, moving from Customer Experience to interactions based on Conversational commerce. 

Marco Oliveira, Head Manager Latam of WhatsApp partnerships and Fabiana Conz Weiler, Solutions Manager Latam, joined us at this breakfast. We also received major customers such as VIVO B2B Brazil thanks to Regiane Favorato, Director of Customer Success, Marco Benini Commercial Director of Atento Brazil and Walezka Gomes from LATAM Airlines Preferred Services.
