Visualizing the Potential of WhatsApp and conversational commerce for Business in Peru

The OneMarketer team, composed of Lucas Donaire, Solution Architect, and Jorge Aspillaga, Sales Manager, visited Lima, Peru, to conduct a visit focused on the future of conversational commerce and B2B customer service via WhatsApp.

The main objective was to show how OneMarketer’s solutions ecosystem leverages WhatsApp as an automation engine to optimize processes and increase profitability in Peruvian companies.

The agenda was ambitious, combining strategic presentations for key clients and participation in one of the sector’s most relevant events: the Fintech Forum Peru 2025.

Strategy and Vision Driving WhatsApp in the Financial Industry

The Fintech Forum Peru 2025, the main event of the financial industry in Peru, has solidified its position as a major stage for OneMarketer, an activity to which we were invited by its president, Javier Salinas.

In a country where the digitalization of payments and financial services is advancing rapidly, WhatsApp and solutions aimed at resolving problems such as financial fraud or the processing of payments that create high friction for the end user, are solved with the great performance offered by OneMarketer in its solutions, such as Biometric Validation or native WhatsApp payment gateways, which are positioning themselves as disruptive tools accessible to the entire Fintech industry.

Our specialists had the opportunity to interact with key industry leaders, presenting success stories where conversational commerce transformed customer acquisition, collections management, and technical support.

The key was demonstrating that WhatsApp is no longer just a messaging tool, but rather a robust B2B business platform capable of integrating with CRMs and other systems to create automated and personalized customer journeys for conversational commerce.

The central focus of the visit was direct contact with key players in the Peruvian landscape, such as the Cámara de Comercio de Lima.

With the Cámara de Comercio de Lima, we had an interesting conversation about the opportunities and challenges in the commerce of the city of Lima.

A Week of Intense B2B Connections

The visit to Peru was concluded after a week of intensive meetings. The central message was clear: in today’s digital landscape, businesses that don’t adopt conversational commerce and Artificial Intelligence risk being left behind.
