The purpose of the position is to work commercially on OneMarketer’s highest billing key accounts. The commercial work is based on the development of an account plan that allows a fluid communication with the customer, in terms of knowing the pains and needs that can be satisfied with existing or new products from OneMarketer.

Responsibilities and functions
- Develop an account plan that includes
- Monthly loyalty meetings with clients in the assigned portfolio.
- Monthly presentation meetings of new services or OM products that add customer value
- Develop webinars with clients in your portfolio with marketing support
- Develop breakfast and face-to-face activities for clients in your portfolio with the support of Marketing
- Effectively and realistically nurture opportunities in the pipe
- Collaborate with the Support team delivering customer feedback
- Collaborate with Customer Success in the strategy of loyalty and movement on the map of promoters, neutral and detractors.
- Collaborate with the Product team, providing feedback on improvements to the OneMarketer platform.

Excluding requirements:
- Computer Engineer, Electronic, Commercial or equivalent
- 6 years working in technology business team(s)
- 2 years experience in international business.
- 1 years of experience in commercial development related to omnichannel platforms and/or integration to RRSS.
- Graduates or certifications for business sales
